In Bali, the magic \u2018island development\u2019 spell works very well: ABRACADABRAA!!\u2026It turned <a title=\"New Kuta Beach\" href=\"http:\/\/www.risanto.com\/beeamazing\/reasons-why-i-dislike-dreamland-beach-in-bali\/\" target=\"_blank\">an off-beaten-path surf beach to a leisure complex<\/a> with night club and golf course and a new \u2018baptised\u2019 name &#8211; TADAA!!&#8230;It closed the whole road <a title=\"Geger Beach\" href=\"http:\/\/www.risanto.com\/beeamazing\/a-me-time-at-geger-beach-nusa-dua\/\" target=\"_blank\">to the beach with thickest sand<\/a> <!--more-->in the island and left a new paved non-bumpy road ready for big tourist buses thanks to the largest luxury resort recently built &#8211; KAZAAMM!!\u2026It threatened local warungs serving grilled fish and icy cold Bintang to rethink about their (very) small business when the new investor of this <a title=\"Virgin Beach-White Sand Beach\" href=\"http:\/\/www.risanto.com\/beeamazing\/virgin-beach-the-far-far-away-beach-revealed\/\" target=\"_blank\">far far away beach<\/a> will build a new (wait for it\u2026) luxury resort thus the \u201c beach will turn into \u2018\u201cprivate\u201d with a beach club unless you pay twenty five bucks to get access to the beach.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pandawa Beach<\/strong> is a new name given to the seaweed farm, <strong>Kutuh Beach<\/strong>, located in Ungasan, Uluwatu, Bali. The name was taken from The Mahabharata story about five sons of the deceased King Pandu. <strong>Pandawa means Five<\/strong>. Before they placed the Pandawa characters statues inside the holed limestone hills, I kept wondering what would this place be when they carved into such strong hills. We bought and tried some, and think they still need to work on the taste, and packaging to make it more attractive and appealing to the customers. Some local farmers also benefit from the new attraction site by renting kayak boats to the tourists.
